I thought it was really weird how I completely filled up my 15GB OS partition (clean installation less than a week ago) and even spent the afternoon resizing my partitions. Then I come across this gem:

I'm not exactly sure why PT would make such a humongous file, I'll be cross-posting this on the PT forums.
