After a $22 tourney in which I was horrendously card dead and my biggest stack was t835 in the second round [after a re-steal from the BB], I would like to give heartfelt props to some fellow players for bestowing upon me a wonderful end to my evening [the names of those involved have been changed to protect the ignorant].. ..

The first congratulations goes out to UTG, who just wasn't satisfied with the size of his stack and who's habitual bluffing finally caught up with him:

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">

Once again, UTG [a different player, of course] is deserving of a hearty slap on the back after cooking up THIS gem to get me in the money.

And finally, I would like to give a big warm cyber-handshake to BB, who's weak PF limps from the SB and subsequent folds to any PF raise or flop bet allowed me to last long enough to have a reason to write this post.

ReDeYES88: i had no business finishing in the money, but i'll take it

Of course I would be remiss if I did not thank all of the other participants who had us down to 5 handed in level 2 and allowed me to wait out the subsequent bloodshed that is documented above.

I'm just hoping that the wrath of the poker karma gods in retribution to my mocking is swift and not too painful. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Regarding those poker karma gods, over the past two days I have played in 19 20+2 tourneys, and have succeeded in compiling a total of one 1st and one 2nd. I won't go into the messy details, 'cause you really don't care. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Don't f*ck with the gods, they'll b!tch slap you every time. /images/graemlins/shocked.gif
