Paradise requires password

I tried to logon to Paradise tonight and it required my password. I opened this account 5 years ago and this is the first time that my password was requested.

Needless to say that I forgot it a long time ago. I requested my password via e-mail and have not received a response. This is a little bit scary since the bulk of my online bankroll is in my Paradise account. Has anyone else run into this problem and if so how was it resolved?

I would hope it requires a password.... did you have the remember password field checked or something for the last 5 years?

I registered there in 2000 and hadn't played in about 2 years until last summer. I email them and said that I forgot my password. I told them the wrong username lol. They got back to me in a few hours with my correct username and password.
