MP3 is 30/12/2.50 after 40 hands. Let me know what you think and then I'll let you know what I was thinking. First hand ever posted. Decided it's time to start nitpicking my many many bad plays.

Tough hand but I like it. I think you have to lead the turn here and when he calls I think we're ahead enough on the river that bet/call is better then check/call.

Nice first post. Wish I had better advice...

What are you doing if villain raises the turn, drool?

Given the pot size call/check/call. Given villian's aggression I raise the river if I've seen him get really out of line before. The 12 pfr doesn't tell how often he 3-bets so its hard to get a sense for what he might have. If he's reasonable with his 3-betting pf, I think the chances of villian having AK, AA, KK are pretty good given the early betting. We need to be good here >50% of the time to raise for value and I just don't think we win that often. Against guys like this we'll certainly win enough to make calling this big pot down well worth it though.

Good first post and welcome to the forums. I concur with shadow and droolie.

Yeah, that was my line too. Good analysis, though. Eres el hombre!

By the way. He showed AA. Looking back on it now. While I don't know what hands he'd cap with you would figure maybe these hands. AA, KK, QQ, AK, JJ, TT. Might not cap JJ or TT. Would it be reasonable to get out of this hand or is it still positive EV to stay in?

Well he played his AA weakly on the turn and river.

Nice hand.
