please critique each street on both hands. i'm really uncomfortable with AQ suited or not right now.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (8 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

MP2 ($13.05)
CO ($4.75)
Button ($11.85)
SB ($7.35)
BB ($8.15)
Hero ($12.25)
UTG+1 ($7.10)
MP1 ($8.90)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.5</font>, UTG+1 calls $0.50, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, SB calls $0.45, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

raise or limp preflop? never sure. this may be my biggest single leak. i tend to raise on passive tables. no way i raise on an aggro table. calling a raise from behind here really depends on whos raising. if i have any respect for them i'll fold. i dont usually have the requisite respect at this level. probably call if i'm suited although i suspect that's irrational.

Flop: ($1.60) 3/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, J/images/graemlins/club.gif, 6/images/graemlins/diamond.gif <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $2</font>, UTG+1 folds, SB calls $2.

Turn: ($5.60) 4/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $5</font>, SB calls $4.85 (All-In).

River: ($15.45) 4/images/graemlins/diamond.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $15.45

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
SB has Qh Jh (two pair, jacks and fours).
Hero has Qd Ad (flush, ace high).
Outcome: Hero wins $15.45. </font>

maybe this one's a no-brainer b/c he never shows any strength until its too late. i had been running over people with great cards but never really showed any. had no idea what to put him on b/c of his passiveness.

easy call on the river?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

UTG ($26.10)
UTG+1 ($46.15)
MP1 ($27.50)
MP2 ($21.55)
MP3 ($24.90)
CO ($10)
Hero ($24.25)
SB :#A500AF(Villian)/ ($21.25)
BB ($8.90)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif, A/images/graemlins/heart.gif. CO posts a blind of $0.25.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+1 raises to $0.75</font>, MP1 calls $0.75, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, CO (poster) calls $0.50, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, SB :#A500AF(Villian)/ calls $3.90, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 folds, MP1 calls $3.25, CO calls $3.25.

read here: the initial raiser was raising approx. 20%-22% of the hands. mostly 3X or 2XBB raises. i really wanted to isolate him. not happy about 4 callers. no read on the villian. he just sat down. i assumed that he would call out of position with cards that i would not but i'm sure he had some piece of this flop. (as did everyone probably).

Flop: ($17) K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 9/images/graemlins/club.gif, T/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Villian bets $2</font>, MP1 calls $2, CO calls $2, Hero calls $2.

QJ seems highly improbably here b/c of the preflop action. then again, it's SSNL. should i have gotten away on the flop?

Turn: ($25) A/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
Villian checks, MP1 checks, CO folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $18.25 (All-In)</font>, Villian calls $15.25 (All-In), MP1 folds.

i feel like he took a stab and then backed off when he got callers. check behind or go for it?

River: ($58.50) 4/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 2 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $58.50

First hand: you can bet less on the flop, like $1-$1.5. He should fold if he doesn't have a pair. Check behind on the turn, push the river if you make top pair or a flush.

Second hand: I generally would not reraise with AQs, even in late position. You're just giving the original raiser a chance to get away from a worse hand.
I would have folded to a more substantial bet on the flop, but for $2 into a $20+ pot, it's worth calling just to draw to the jack.

With the ace on the turn, you're probably still behind. Original raiser likely has AK, or failing that AT or A9. His small flop bet and check here does indicate weakness, but with 4 players in the hand, you're probably not ahead. What could anyone call with that you beat? AJ? I think take a free card and hope for a J so you can bust out QJ, KQ, AJ, etc.
