UTG had 10-3o and I was happy inside... while at the same time pissed because villian had 99 for the boat. Thats the way my day went.

When he caps it on the flop I'd think set as soon as I was done calling it (and I would call the cap... sometimes it isn't a set, but another Q, a read might help with that call).

When I see the other Q pop it might take a little bit for me to realize I may be up against a boat. When/if I do, I call down. Just in case it is another queen. Probably about the same time you did, when he 3-bets you on the turn.

That doesn't mean this is what you SHOULD do, however, heh.
