I have 8 hands on the villan, he's played 4, raised 2 pf, hasn't shown down anything.

Is this a terrible call on the turn?

First, if there's ever a hand in which posting the river is tantamount to posting the results, this is it.

Without using the river card to give a response, I would say more often than not you're up against a smaller kicker, Ax or A6 than you are AA, 66 or A5. Yeah, I push here too.

don't forget about the most likely hand that beats hero, 56.

Don't minraise.

Yea, lol sorry.

Villan flipped over Ax, clearly didn't have a 5 heh.

The minraise was before anyone had shown any strength and to get as much $ in the pot as I could. I didn't suspect any strength at all until CO pushes.

At which point I'm delighted. I put villain on just an Ace here myself as I read the hand history. I think this is a rare case where the min raise is effective in that the villain sees the raise as a weak attempt at strength and trys to push you off the hand.
