My net winnings with AA is almost the same as my overall winnings. Is that normal?

really? Mine is like a 4.5/1 ratio.

Are you saying that essentially you are breaking even with all the other hands that you are playing? If that's the case, I can't think this is normal.

I know it is close in my case, but that's because I won a monster pot with AA playing with my entire bankroll in play, which wouldn't be the norm.

Only the cream of the crop can be winning longrun players without getting AA.

possibly... depending on limit and other factors. Check in pokertracker to see if you're winning at all your positions besides the blinds. Also check to see how you're doing with other hands like JJ

Well, damn. I must be really good then, because my AA winnings are about 1/2 my total winnings.

this depends on NL, or limit.

In NL, AA is a HUGE source of profit for me, I think about 1/2 my overall profit. In limit, it is much less. This is becuase I always "overplay" my AA and get my money in there on good situations with it.

In limit, you get sucked out on more. Should be a big winner for you, but not as much a percentage as in NL.

In my smallish 15k hands in PT, AA accounts for 40% of my profit. AA, KK, and QQ account for 100%.

this sounds about right for a good (robust winrate) NL player.

Well now I'm interested. With my admitedly sad poker skills I'm at 1.83/100. This is only after the last 21k hands since I exploded a hard drive. I am winning twice my total profit with aces. So without aces I guess I would be a -1.83/100 player.

Should I just quit now while I'm ahead? /images/graemlins/blush.gif

This is very interesting.

For me, aces are 72% of my profit after 70k hands, with a total winrate of 1.78 BB/100. Although, this is over a wide range of limits (.25/.5 to 5/10) so the higher limits will have more of an influence on the percentage.

Aces are 3.21 BB/hand and have gotgten more than my overall profit. Kings and Queens are slightly below. (this comes mostly from running extremely well with big pairs at the highest level I've played, but extremely poorly with all other hands).

At the level with most hands (35K) they are worth less than half of my overall winnings (but 3.51 BB/hand)

AA all in preflop from the Big Blind with 1K in the pot after an UTG raise to 175, SB raise to 800. I really didn't want the call, but fortunately it worked out.
