ive sent 4 emails to support over the last 3 days, as yet none of them have been replied.

"With the fastest email response time in the industry, you can expect answers in 5-10 minutes." - from thier site.

i thought they were supposed to be good in this respect?

Your server is probably blocking their e-mail. They never take long, so I'm thinking it's your side.

hmmm, thats a slim possibility i guess. perhaps they have a pnone number...

I have been having problems with Paradise's response time. I sent them 2 emails and never got a reponse. I have been using the same email for with paradise years. I finally emailed them about how sucky there customer service has gotten and the sent a response asking how they could help. I replied that I would like them to answer the last two emails I sent.

Well since there customer service has gone to [censored], I figured might as well hook up with an affiliate at a party skin. I changed my email with neteller as part of the process. Now I'm trying to change it with paradise so I can cash out. Unfortunately they will not send a validation code to my new email address. I tried to get them to send a validation code to my old email address but recieved nothing. There customer service has really gone down hill.

I got a reply from them in under 5 minutes, and it was a real reply, not some auto response bs. It did however go to my bulk mail filter, so that is likely what has happened to you.

I also have not received a response to a recent email I sent to Paradise. They also seem to be having a lot of server problems lately. I'm afraid that they have gone downhill quite a bit since sportsbook.com took over.

After a few hours, I got a bunch of validation code emails to my new email address. Still haven't got a reply from support about this problem though. Once validated I was able to proceed with the cash out. I have done several cash outs since the merger and they all hit my neteller account with in 24 hours. Hopefully this one will as well.

I sent an email to their marketing department this afternoon. Hopefully I will here from them tommorrow. If not its no skin off my back. There are plenty of games at other sites.
