questions re accts at party and empire

I am trying to set up an account at Empire while having an existing account at Party. I can create a new identiy with a new email address. I only have one puter. My questions are:

1) Can I fund the Empire acct with the same Neteller acct that I fund Party with?

2)Does the email address at Empire need to match the Neteller email?

3)Can a player transfer funds between Empire and Party?

Don't worry about it. The search function blows and everyone knows it. You can also try posting these questions in the beginners forum to see if they will help there. Good luck as I am about to go throught the same ordeal.
