stupid monitor question

I couldn't find this in the search function so I am asking here. I am thinking of buying a 19' Samsung. Will I need any thing else to be able to fit 4 tables on the screen with no overlap(i.e. video card)?

Both your monitor and video card need to support 1600x1200 resolution. This information is available in the specs for each item.
