For what it's worth, this is a $20+2 SnG with some poor players and blinds will raise in a few minutes.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (5 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

MP (t1170)
Button (t4890)
SB (t4025)
Hero (t850)
UTG (t2565)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K/images/graemlins/heart.gif, T/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to t200</font>, Button calls t200, SB calls t150, Hero ?????

....


At this point, I usually push or fold. However, with a raise and a large pot, I was worried that (1) push wouldn't have any folding equity, and (2) I am not the best hand. I decided to call and push any piece of the flop. Should I have pushed preflop?

Push pre-flop to get this heads up. Very unlikely MP will call knowing the two big stacks would still be left to act. Likely one of the two big stacks will call and the other will stay out of the way so you'll be getting about 3-1 on a very decent hand.

You've got 8.5 BBs, you don't need to panic.

pushing is not recommended. you said your read was that they are poor players. if you push, there's a good chance both big stacks will call.

it's a min raise. your cards are decent enuf to call as the bb and see the flop. yes you'll be down to 750 chips if the flop misses. but you're still be above 3.5BB when the blinds go up to 100/200.

thats a pretty easy fold with ~8 bb left and a multiway pot

I think it's very close between all 3.

Push and you'll could be getting 3/1 hopefully as no worse than a 40/60 dog. Win here and you've got a fighting chance. There's a decent chance you are a bigger dog than that though, plus you could get more than 1 caller..

Call and you risk being dominated.. There's a decent chance your cards are not live. And that's if you hit.

Fold and you've got a little FE, but you are still the short stack.

I don't know which one is best, but in the heat of battle I'd probably fold at a tight table, and call at a loose one.
