Tourney entry transfer on Paradise?

Is it possible to transfer a tourney entry (via satellite) from one player to another on Paradise? My brother won a seat to the $100 Shooting Stars super, but won't be able to play the WPT event if he wins an entry. Seeing as the prizes (WPT tourney entry) are non-transferrable, can he transfer his entry into the super to me?

Any info would be great.
