Below is an e-mail I recieved in response to my having QQ folded on a flop of 885, two suited, before I could react.

The software team has reviewed the log files. What happened is that there was a connection problem in the direction from our server to your computer. The timing of the problem was very unusual and the program did not recognize
the situation and folded your hand instead of putting you all-in. The software will be upgraded in the next version to recognize such situations properly.
I credited your account with $95 that you would have won if your hand would
be placed all-in on the flop.
