This happened to me earlier in a sng, but I find myself in this position a lot.

The table is 6-handed with the blinds at 150/300. I'm in the CO with about 1100 chips. It is folded to me, and I look down at QJo. The blinds have me covered, but not by a ton. Do I push here or wait for a better hand?

Edit: what if it was KTo?

What if I was on the button?

Good lord, PUSH.

You should push with either of those hands UTG as well, nor is it at all close.

I'd push both.

unless a blind wakes up with an overpair, you're not that bad when you're called against most of his holdings save AQ. When blinds are that high, you can't sit there waiting for KK; you have to get in there and gamble.

I'd consider pushing any two cards here, and QJ without question. If I had 27 I might not push if there were a shortstack that were forced to call me or a big stack that understood pot odds and was likely to call me. But other than that, I'd push. I also think that while there are three hands you have to worry about from the cutoff, you're also slightly less likely to get called with a marginal hand since button raises are interpretted as steals more than cutoff raises.
