I walk into the bathroom in our office and the homosexual guy is at the urinal and I walk in to hear some jingling and he is refastening his belt while "in" the urinal. He seemed to do it in a hastily fashion. I did not catch a glimpse if his pants were down low enough so he did not have to use the fly in his pants.
What is goin on here...I'm bored so someone throw me a bone. Is he up to mischief, or do homosexuals have some things againist conventional urination and a fear of stalls at the same time.
FWIW I went into a stall out of distraught.

If you have to undo your belt for whatever reason, go in the stall. I added the fact he was homosexual as food for thought in this instance. Does that play a factor for not going into a stall?
Say he wasnt homosexual why do you undo your belt when standing at a urinal in a public place. Add in the fact he is one and people do know that, its all the more reason not to boast it and another reason to go into a stall.
It bothered me, and would bother me if someone else who wasnt gay did it. Have some respect for the little 8 yr old boy who might use the urinal right next to you without you doing an Irish Jig to flail yourself back into place 6 inches away from him.

I always undue my belt at the urinal. Till I read this post I thought thats how everyone did it. I guess I really never paid that much attention.
I used to think I was the most anti-homosexual person in this forum. Boot surpasses me in that category.

One time I stayed at this youth hostel in Madrid. The bathrooms were unisex. So I would be takin a wizz at the urinal (my belt buckled. I'm not gay) and there would be all these chicks walking around behind me. For some reason I really got a kick out of that.

i really like it when clubs or whatever (basically places where nobody is going to be taking a dump, just piss and vomit) have unisex bathrooms. i would hate it in, say, an office setting.
I heard that that response is international gay sign language for "I picked you up on my gaydar and think you're one of us".

this reminds me of the time at a bar when i looked over at the guy next to me at the urinals and said "you call that a penis boy?"
he didn't take it too lightly but i coulda worked him so he got upset for a bit then realized he should just leave.

I lived in a dorm with a unisex bathroom for a year. It's the worst when a girl you previously thought was hot comes out of a stall and waltzes right out of the bathroom without washing her hands.

Where did I ever say anything againist the gay guy. I actually like the guy in question and just questioned if his antics had to do with being homosexual.
I remember the other urinal thread and this was partially triggered by that. I do not understand the need to undo your pants at a urinal. If I am wearing windbreakers or playing basketball in shorts with no fly and I have to piss, I go in a stall very simple.
The guy was wearing regular pants so I do not see the need to undo your belt when at a urinal.
Everyone feel free to sheep along and just assume homosexual attacks and insecurity of gays, when that was nowhere near the purpose, BUT an important tidbit when surveying the situation.
You guys tell me I need to grow up...

Just to clarify - for males, the following antics have to do with being homosexual:
1. Checking out attractive males
2. kissing other males
3. being involved in romantic relationships with men
4. having sex with men
5. other similar things to the above
The following are done by straight and gay guys alike and have nothing to do with sexual preference:
1. masturbating
2. peeing while standing up
3. unbuckling ones buckle before peeing
4. pulling ones pants up after peeing
Still not clear what anything you wrote had to do with his sexual preference.

I have been out tonight and got rather pissed. I undid my belt despite having a zip fly to ensure that I did not piss on myself in my drunken state. No-one suggested I was gay, even thiugh I live in a very homophobic part of Great Britain (West Yorkshire). What is your problem? Afraid you might get turned on by a gay guy's dick?

Just because we view what you wrote in a common way doesn't make us sheep. It just means you're in the minority with your views.
Also, we don't have to "assume insecurity".

Maybe he had a button fly. I have a nice pair of jeans that are button fly and it is easier to just undo the belt cause you end up having to anyways.

Thats my whole point, I found the whole situation awkward. I am not assuming that is what he was doing but I found it weird. I added the facts that I knew, and my personal opinions, SEPERATELY. I do not see what is so way off here or insecure or anything.
Obviously I am in the minority of thinking its weird to undo your belt at a urinal, thats well and good, fine. The attacks about being homophobic or saying its stupid is not.

A little off topic but there are not many urinal threads out there...
I use to think those mini urinals were for little kids and then I started wondering why they were in places like casinos and strip clubs. Then I found out they were for handicap people, which I thought was ridiculous because I've never seen a person in a wheelchair use one of these and how do they avoid pissing all over themselves( My Dad has MS and says he always goes into the stall). Well low and behold the other night I'm UTG+2, muck my hand, rush to the nearest bathroom, which is one floor down from the poker room, and finally see a guy in a wheelchair using the mini urinal. He didn't stand up at all, just sat there and pissed... it blew my mind.
