Was berated for calling this. Loosing this hand would leave me w/ T850ish and decent fold equity for a little while longer. Winning puts me in a good situation to bully the small stacks and have a big stack ITM. What do you think?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (6 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

SB (t665)
Hero (t1315)
UTG (t992)
MP (t1245)
CO (t1535)
Button (t2248)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 2/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
<font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to t665 (All-In)</font>, Hero calls t465.

Edited out the board results.

Actually, losing this one would put you at 650 (550 after posting SB). IMO, fold and wait till you can open push ( unless most people were calling a lot pushes, in which case a call might be okay).

Seems like a good call to me. I'm guessing he has overcards /images/graemlins/smile.gif

You are probably on a coin flip here, but you are getting roughly 2:1 pot odds. Nice chance to build your stack. If you lose, you still have enough chips that if you can later double up, you will be right back in there.

Correct, always confused with the converter if stacks represent before or after blinds.

Actually the Button and I had been big stacks for quite awhile and he was playing every hand and making it difficult for me to do any stealing. He was calling AI raises from short stacks with K/10 and Q/9, and frankly I was getting frustrated getting blinded down. I thought maybe that had caused me to not think through this call.

The pot is 865. 465 to you to call. Very likely coinflip. Autocall.
