basic bankroll questions... help?

I'm just starting out at online poker, and I have a handful of questions to ask veterans of online play.

- What is a good BB/hour win rate for at the following levels?
... $.50-$1?
... $1-$2?
... $3-$6?
... $5-$10?
... $10-$20?
... $15-$30?
... $30-$60?
... above???

- How much money should I put into an account to start play at $.50-$1?

- How much money should I have in my bankroll before I move up to the next level, as a general rule?

- Any site recommendations? I read Homer's excellent post about building a bankroll for newbies. Are those bonuses still in effect?

I have made close to 4BB/100 at both of those levels. I'm just starting out at 2/4 so I don't have any info there.

$300 would be good, although I started with $200 clearing the $100 GRANNY bonus at paradise playing .5/1.

The general rule is 300BB, however you will want more than this if you plan to bonus whore. Its always nice to have extra money in your neteller for instant availability when bonuses arise.

The Caribbean Sun bonus listed in that thread is no longer accurate. It was $40 for 250 raked hands, but it now $40 for 500 raked hands, which makes it not really worth doing (IMHO)
