Need advice on the turn and river here guys.

Sorry, but I have no PT stats on the main villian in the hand and have not noticed any of his play at his 1 or 2 orbits at my table. Other player plays too many hands but he's not involved after the flop.

Raise the turn? Raise the river? Call down?

I play this one the same way against an unknown BB. Lots of times these guys will do this lead the turn thing, so just pay attention when they do and see if it's top pair type hands they're betting, or if it's draw/bluff hands they're betting.

I'd probably raise the turn, and fold to a 3-bet. I'm checking it through on the river if I get chance, and will fold to a bet on the river if he smooth-calls my raise on the turn.
