Business Software help

I am looking for software that will allow me to input information about company's I do business with. I will need to be able to cross refernce, search by name and business type and would like a way to output the information in web format so multiple users will be able to see it from a password protected webpage. Any suggestions? Thanks Jon

Have you looked at Quickbooks? I'm pretty sure it would do all of that, and I think their online interface lets you setup password-protected webpages (such as invoices) for your customers.

I use there Simple Start desktop version, and while it doesn't do everything I want exactly the way I want it, it does it all better than anything else I saw below $500.
