If you're really that convinced that UTG+1's raise mean's more than AK, I prefer to 3-bet and fold to his 4-bet.

Certainly hard to imagine someone calling two cold on the flop with just AK. That being said I still think you can squeeze in a turn 3-bet here and then calldown and hope to river the case 5 if needed. Or maybe even fold to a cap....but I am not good at pulling that off.

I would fold this preflop.

Having not done that, raise the river.

I agree with folding pre flop especially if known raiser is not a dummy.
