Check the flop and see what develops. Definately don't bet that river.

Ok, now that I've got that out of my system....

I usually bet the flop here too. I've been check/calling the turn recently, but another bet is ok if you think you have a shot of taking the pot down. On the river I think you need to let it go. If the villian was going to fold, it would be on the turn, the jack was not a scare card.

Your playing a 6 high flush out of position. Even if you hit your hand on the turn, its so sensitive to redraws its not even funny. Its a small pot. Check-Call the flop (if you can see the turn for 1 bet), Check-Fold the turn if you miss your hand.

If he checks the turn and MP2 bets, he's getting 4:1 on his call. With implied odds on top of that, he's getting more than enough odds to call the turn.
