How can I save my Pokertracker information to a CD?

I am faced with some serious computer problems that may necessitate the formatting of my hard drive. I would like to copy my Pokertracker database to a CD. Can anyone tell me how I might do this?

Click this Link (http://www.pokertracker.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17) . Find all the files that you need to save(it will tell you what files you need on that page. Select them all, right click and Send To>CD RW drive. A bubble will pop up on your toolbar, telling you have files waiting to be written to a CD. Click the bubble, and Windows will walk you through the rest.
