Bankroll Question

I currently play 5.50 sngs on stars and I was wondering if anyone could tell me at what point I should move up to the 11 sngs? Also what is the standard amount you need to play at a certain level of sngs? thanks for any help.

200 or so should be fine, maybe even 100 if you're beating those regularly

A couple benjamins should be plenty bankroll for either level. Assuming that it wont be life-altering should you bust out (i.e.e you can re-buy pretty cheap), then move up to the 10's when:

You feel like it

(there is minimal skill difference)

30x buy in is recomended up to the 30s no matter how good you are. The 5s and 10s can use less, but be aware that busting out with less is not a hard task.

I didn't play the $6 on party for very long, but from my limited experience there is a big difference between the $6 and the $11. $6s were very often crazy crazy, while $11s are only occassionally crazy crazy, sometimes very tight, and often have 1/2 the players or so doing something that looks like standard SNG theory.
