I've had an account on UB1 for around a year and
a half. So a few weeks ago when UB-2 launches
I download the software.
Next I try to create a username under my same
UB1 account name....It tells me the name is taken.
Next I change the username but it tells me
my email address is already being used...hmmm
So then I just try logging in on UB2 using my
UB1 name/password..It works! Everythings great
so far.
Within the next few weeks I refer 2 people.
I then discover that whenever I play on UB-2,
I am still being given UB points( the UB1 promo,
not the pyramid/rake promo)
I contact UB2 and they explain that I need to
recreate a new UB2 account..So I try it again,
and this time it lets me despite using the
same e-mail address(They fixed it, I guess)
Here is my problem: I asked to have the 2 people
I referred using my UB1 Name transferred to my UB2 name...
They SAY they CANNOT do it!
I couldn't believe it. What kind of amateur
operation are they trying to run? There
has to be at minimum a systems programmer that
can go in and manually transfer the names.
Anyways, that's it....Not a major problem, just
an unfair one IMO...However, I will never give
them any business until they fix it, which
will probably be never.
