Live game, I had dropped down to about 330$. One other guy had a similar stack, and the rest of the table had at least 800, with a few stacks at least 2500. I limp in MP with 2d2c. 6 of us see the flop for 10.

Flop: 9d 5d 2s

SB (short stack) bets out 25. BB calls (big stack). UTG calls (probably 1000), and another avg stack player calls before I act.

The pot is roughly 160. I have 320 left. How much should I raise? Should I just push? Call?

Looks like an easy push. If it's set over set, oh well. And with draws out, you need to make them pay.

Bottom set in an unraised pot with a board like that is always kind of ugly, but with your stack, you have little choice.

I did push because, as you said, there were so many draws out there and I had no chips to defend a pot on the turn. Unfortunately (or not) everyone folded. Being shortstacked sucks!

Nah, that's fine, it's a nice pot when you're rebuilding.

Well played.

The pot is 160, but the bet is only 25. 320 seems like an awful lot to push on a $25 bet(though it looks like a draw). It isnt better to raise to say 125 or 15 and push on any turn?

The bet size in this case is really irrelevant - The pot size is what matters. You want to make it 125 and push on a Diamond turn? Not me.

Push.
