Hey all, first time poster here. heh heh heh..

I've been playing for less than a year now, and I've already turned less than 20 dollars into just under 500. I'm really feeling on top of the world. When I get sucked out, I hit my pc and PokerStars deals me aces the next hand. I've really been thinking about sitting in a 30/60 game lately. All I need is pocket kings and I'm moving up to 100/200 before you know it.

This got me thinking.. I think I can be world-class in a year. I predict by 2006 I'll be wiping the floor with JDags. If you read all of the 2+2 books and play 8 hours/day, you'll be world class too. The days of Lederer struggling at 1/2 for 2 years are over with the new internet thing now. I can go from nickel-dime to 100/200 in just 2 hours.

I'd really like to hear some replies on this, because I'll be winning some 10k buy-ins before ya know it.

K, GOOD LUCK ALL

Sigh so unfortunate that we have two plus twoers that can actually believe this. Nothing is more important then experience. Heres my favorite part 20 to 500 as if that even means anything. Then all of a sudden hes talking about 100 / 200. This is probably a failed attempt at humor

Just remember who was kind enough to respond to your post when you make it big and you need to choose people for your posse.

I've always wanted to be in a posse...

Maybe you should spend more time reading then posting right now. It might prevent you from making trite and somewhat annoying posts. Don't get offended, I'm just trying to help you while helping me. " Help ME to HELP YOU " ...Jerry M.

This guy's onto something.

In six months of playing, I have multiplied my initial bankroll of $1 by over 6000.

If I keep that pace up, I can retire before I turn 21, and if I keep playing until I'm about 23, I should have no trouble buying the world.

Poker is a different game nowadays.
