Eastwood was born to to play Rumsfeld.
Omar Sharif would be good as Saddam (plus he is the only 65ish Arab actor I know)
Morgan Freeman is good at portraying the good guy, and thus would make an excellent Colin Powell.
Max Von Sydow as Hans Blix.
I am having trouble casting Bush and Blair.
