5/10 BBJ or regular full ring

I'm thinking about moving from Party 3/6 to 5/10 and one post said the BBJ tables are much loser than the regular games which are supposedly rock gardens. Is this true, is it worth paying the bad beat tax. I'm just talking about full games not 6 max.

BBJ games are FAR better than the regular full ring games, especially when the JP gets over 100K.

Also if I play at PokerNOW I can get a rakeback of about 23 or 25%, but there aren't bbj tables there. Would I be better off playing there in the regular games?
