Getting a new PS account

Okay, so here's the situation.

I made an account some time ago at PokerStars before I seriously considered playing with real money.

I'm going to be graduating HS soon and going to college in the fall, and my "gift" for graduation will be a new laptop.

Is it feasible for me to make a new Neteller account and get a new PS account with the different IP and address?

My motive is primarily having a new screen name and a new image. I can do neither at the moment.

Is this possible?

You can change the image by emailing support.
Don't know about the username though, I think that wont be possible.

And also only 1 account per user I believe.
