I think 95% is way too low. I can't think of a single poster who is consistently funny. I do laugh out loud, but I would say once every few days, while perusing way more than 95 posts.

But it is unlikely that all 95 posts were by 95 different posters. So if one those 95 posts was funny (say 8 people made those 95 posts) 12.5% of OOT would be funny.
