PT rake question

I have about 30,000 hands of 3/6 & 5/10 on PT so far. Yesterday I decided to play some 15/30 for a short time. After playing I checked PT and it showed that I played 66 hands. Yet when I looked at the rake column for those 66 hands it showed -42.00. It also deducted 42 from my total rake. Has this happened to anyone or can anyone explain it.

Also, since this is taken from hand histories, will it affect my rake return?

Get all updates, purge the weird rake sessions and re-import.
