You definately don't have the pot odds to call and I think the implied odds are worse than you think because another 4 will pair the board and a 2 will put 4 to a str8 on board both of which may slow your opponent down. Implied odds increase when your hand is hidden. I.e. flush draws are obvious, str8s are obvious when there is 4 on the board.
