Paradise Support - I thought they were superb?

I deposited 1000 for the 200 bonus and only got credited 100 into my bonus account. Sent an email about it straight away, the site say they respond within minutes and it's now been 24 hours and nothing. From what I've read from other posters I guess I've been unlucky?

They were recently bought out by SportingBet, so this might affect their employee competence negatively.

same thing happened to me and it was corrected within an hour

This also happened to me. I emailed their support and they put the other $100 into my bonus account within an hour.

Just send another e-mail. If they don't respond within an hour or two just send another e-mail.

Must be a small glitch...deposited my 1k this morning...got the $200 bonus instantly...

Before the Sportsbook buy-out Paradise was hands down the fastest, most competent site out there in my experience...whether that changes with the merger is still up in the air, though I lean towards giving them the benefit of the doubt.

They solved my problem as well in less than 20 minutes.

Yep - emailed them again this morning and they did sort it out a couple of hours later. Would have been nice if they actually apologised in the email informing me they corrected it, both for ignoring my original email and for not giving me the bonus automatically!

Still 48 hours to respond to is still better than i'd ever expect from Party.

I emailed them with a query about a month ago and have had no response.
