Beware ProPoker

Not only is it weird to be playing against bots but these bots seem to have an uncanny knack for knowing when you have the goods and when you're bluffing. Had AA and KK each cracked twice, once to a player who saw 3 bets cold with 85 off and hit a runner runner gutshot straight to beat trip aces. Now I know this kind of thing happens in B&M casinos too but I saw many other examples of play where a likely explanation of the other player's actions is that they knew what was coming and/or they knew what was in your hand.


Call me a loser if it makes you feel better but I truely think something is not right on that site.

Actually you must be somewhat of a player to

have noticed.


They also do not give a callers hand history

if they call you on the flop or turn and you

check it down.


Some interesting plays I have made to prove

the ProPoker phenomenea are:


Raise the blind with a hand like


66


Flop comes AKQ.


You bet.


Call (1 player)


Turn 8 you check


River 7.


They value bet with a hand such as T7.

You are right..They guess right EVERY single

time.


I planned on trapping the site with 100% proof,

but the hand history b.s. has hindered me..


Here was my plan:


Limp preflop with AA.

Check call all the way.

Say the board is KT422 no flush.


I guarantee they are always checking the river

with hands such as AK,KQ...Unfortunately,

we can never see because the losers hand

never shows up in the history...Pretty smart of them.

The owner/programmer(s) of ProPoker must be an

absolute idiot to think people who know the

game wouldn't figure out the betting patterns.


I still can't believe I have been coming forward

and talking smack on an actual poker site for

using bots. I never thought I would see the day.


For credibility, I will state that I have played

online poker since a few months after Planet Poker opened. Im not a HUGE overall winner like some of the stories you've heard, but I have won significant amounts over the years, and have no reason to be paranoid of any site using bots vs their players.

I don't see why anyone plays there, the games stink and everyone seems to think there are bots, etc... The risk-reward ratio given the very limited number of games to begin with seems quite poor. Plus I played a guy who was promoting their site at the world series and I didn't really like him.

Most of the players on Propoker are bots, there is no question of that.

I put $25 on, took there $75 addon, played away and had alot of fun, but it was clear I was alone... until Golfmanal showed up one night, we engaged in the only chat on THE ENTIRE SITE ;-)


I did EVERYTHING I could to get my chat banned on that site, no luck.... I've been foiled.

If you really want your chat banned there start learning Korean.
