I believe that a sklansky buck is $1 of expection. So when you play a hand well, but lose, you lose money but have won some sklansky bucks. It's possible "sklansky bucks" is just a loose term for expection, but I hope that the right answer is that they are an actual unit used to measure expection and one sklansky buck is $1 of expectation. Can anyone clarify if that is the case? It's much cooler that way.

Eh I think you're overthinking it. Its just when you make a theoretical profit, or a +EV move even if you happen to lose the hand, you made "Sklansky bucks".

How and where do we convert those to real money? Can someone give me the link? I am sure I have accumulated quite a few of those lately.

As long as you are consistently making Sklansky money, the real money will take care of itself over the long run provided you have a sufficient bankroll.

The Sklansky Dollar is the positive or negative amount of your expectation per bet. People only think of it when they are losing them rather than wining them.
Heh... I always thought these were money that you've managed to win from Sklansky. I was hoping to win a few someday, but I guess I already have.

He should do that for when he plays live games -- any time he's into a pot, he has to throw in a S-buck for the winner. Granted, people might chase backdoor draws more, thus making them unworthy for the S-buck they might win, so it would create a paradox...

There is no conversion rate since you can only exchange Sklansky bucks for Sklansky hats, t-shirts and beer stines.
