Paradise ERROR 615????? HELP

I believe they banned me because I mentioned that scobi site and now for the past 4 months I cant even log onto their server. It says error 615 and thats it. I never played there for real money either.


My ip address changes every time I go online so I know thye arent bannign my ip address. They must have put some kind of file on my computer i guess.


MY QUESTIONS:


1. HOW AND CAN I CHANGE THIS OR REMOVE THE FILE

2. IS THE ONLY SOLUTION TO REFORMAT

3. ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS OR INFO YOU MAY HAVE WOULD BE OF GREAT HELP


I dont think its right to ban someones access just for asking what scobi.com is, They should have atleast let me explain myself.

E-mail Paradise and see what they say. I had the same thing happen to me and was able to work it out (After 5 e-mails and three days of questioning). Good luck.

I think if you change ur CPU settings, they are not looking at your IP, its a cookie or file imbedded on your machine...u will need a new account, but they have placed a file within ur pc
