Micro games on Pokerstars-any good?

How are the micro games (.50/1.00 and 1/2) on Pokerstars. Been having decent success on partypoker and was wondering what everyone thought of pokerstars before trying it out. Thanks.

I have played the micro PL and NL omaha8.

I love the software at the site...

But times I can play there is not many live people around.

What amazes me is that no matter when I sign on there are several hundred people in Play money tables and almost all are 9 handed.

Who are these people??

At times I have thought they most be some kind of bots. I don't really believe that, but the thought is there.

A lot of play money players on PokerStars came from funcom and other play money sites.


Micro limit games are soft at times and tight at other times. But the rake for these games is a killer at PartyPoker, so you will find it much easier to be ahead at Stars.

Its kind of a rip because unless a pot reaches

$20 you will never get any FPP's.


At least UB gives fractional points any time

a pot is raked at any limit.


That's if you're into freebies.

How are the micro games at paradise poker? I mean, is the rake profitable enough?
