I've always though so, but if I think so for much longer I'll turn into a dirty old man.

The laws are really weird about this issue.
It depends how old you are vs. them, was it raining that day, etc.

Its 16 here but it doenst seem to reduce the number of underage pregnancies.

Think there has to be a balance of protection from those who prey on the young and common sense linked to good education in schools.

The fact is whatever laws you have in place there are 13-16 year olds having sex.
