There is a thread on this in the stock section, looks like this is old news running on the press release. Someone also stated that the option restrictions were ready to expire.

I got wpte at ipo. Most of the shareholders already knew about the site months ago but now that it's been confirmed and the public knows, it really soared. The lockup period expires feburary 8th.
