I just made an account with Empire. I need to talk to them and I can't find a phone number for them.

I opened account yesterday, didn't get IGM pay approved until sometime after midnight so it was Feb 3. I want to make first deposit and get 20% bonus, but bonus code FEB150 is only good on first deposit on or after Feb 3, so I'm afraid of losing FEB150 when I make my initial deposit. Then I want to use IGMPAY for another $100 bonus, but that only works with first IGM deposit after intial one (for which I also use IGM, but that doesn't seem to matter. It didn't on Party.) So then FEB150 is in jepardy/conflict again with IGMPAY. I wanted to ask them about that. I suppose I ought to email them about it.

It turns out IGM will only let me deposit $500 the first week anyway which is another problem. I have to find another way to get more money to Empire. ($500 initial deposit, 500 IGM pay, and whatever max for FEB150 is.) I started to open an account with Netteller, although I'm not even sure what that is yet. All I know is they have something to do with transferring money.

The number above should work for all the skins. I know they answer the phone as "Party" but they should be able to take care of Empire problems too. It's been a while but I am sure I have used it for Empire problems. If someone is 100% sure I am wrong, please correct me but I am almost positive I did this.

Hi NC,

I got an email from Transaction support for Empire and it came with this number (866) 304-5454. The folks there were able to help with making deposits but not with anything to do with bonuses. He told me for that I would have to email info@empirepoker.com.

I'll try that number you gave again and see what happens. I tried it last night and they told me they had nothing to do with Empire, but maybe if I talk to someone else...
