I need some Empire help..

Yesterday i changed my email address with empire poker. They say that they sent me a validation code but I never got it. I know people have trouble getting emails from empire. But now I cannot deposit anything until I validate my email. Any ideas besides sending customer service an email as I have already done that.

Give em a ring, I think they have a phone number you can call. I had this issue with party, and it took them about 10 times before I actually received them. Also make sure your email is spam-blocking their auto-email - it WILL register as spam.

I just took care of the same problem today. I emailed them yesterday. They responded saying a validation code would be sent. Nothing of course. Emailed them again today. Their second response included the verification code.
