Don't you hate the "Paradise Pause?"

You bet the river, you're pretty sure you have the winning hand...and then, there is that little pause, and you just know you're screwed! Anyone know the feeling?

ummm, they are slow rolling ya..


we can't blame this one on the axis of evil.


they are not hitting the "show cards" button when they have the winner, they are just waiting for the default to do it, as punishment because they are mad they did not raise you, or they are just a SCUMBAG.


do it back to them!! always works for me.

I guess you have to uncheck the auto muck button than, right?

I'm playing pot limit HE on Pokerstars, Have Q9 and seeing the flop with about 6 opponents and a large pot. Flop comes KJT rainbow. I get all in and everyone folds except 1 player.


I smile to myself when he calls....but then there is the long pause...a very long pause, and I know he will outdraw me...IM TELLING YOU AT THIS POINT I WOULD HAVE MORTGAGED MY HOUSE TO TAKE A SIDE BET AGAINST MY OWN HAND.


sure enough, he catches runner runner for a full house... Yes I know the pause....
