I won't get into the nitty gritty with you, but I'am not trying to be difficult. Briefly regarding net-teller I simply said I didn't know what it was, nor do I know if Europeans can use it.
Anyway would it be possible for you to give me another option. That is I presume by a certain date if you haven't heard from my cc company you can take it that everything is ok, yes ?
So could you say to me that you will unfreeze my account on a certain date.
