Mysterious Totalbet Balances.

Hi,

I deposited some amount into Totalbet, and have played 3 of the 5 5-pound hours. The thing is, my cashier page shows 25 unwithdrawable pounds which is apparently uncleared bonus. This would make sense if the hourly hadn't been credited to my account, but as nearly as I can tell with the exchanges into dollars and back, 15 GBP (withdrawable) has also been added to my account without explanation-I'm assuming that this is the hourly for 3 hours.

Am I hallucinating? Are the hourlies just magically added to your balance without comment? If so, what is the other 25 pounds and how do I get at it?
