Good spreadsheet to keep track of results?

I know there is one excellent one peoeple around here use, used it myself for many months before I took a short break from sng's, but for the life of me I can't find my copy. Anyone here have a link to it?

What advantage does this spreadsheet have over PT? Is there any reason I should consider switching?
