Right to aim for 1st, or should I have been more conservative?

I can't decide if I'm happy with the following hand or not.
Maybe I should have pushed PF? The BB had been very lose - playing about 40% of hands - so I did think it possible he held a Q... but with the blinds at 100/200 i didn;t think i had too long left with a stack of 1,150T if I'd have folded after his flop reraise.
Any thoughts???

Not sure, could be buy in level dependant, but I would play it like this...
Raise 3xBB pre-flop. He is actually getting the right odds to call just a 2xBB raise.
Post flop - You are in the money already, go ahead and push here. If he has the queen, tough luck, that's poker.

Personally I'd be pushing Pre Flop with &lt; 10 times the BB in your stack...Dont know if it would have made a difference though. It was a lucky catch for him, you still played it the same way I would have Post Flop

My take on this, the stacks are still deep enough that your AK will serve you better seeing a flop. Pick up T200 if you push, or take your chances with getting some action, i'd take the latter.

The minraise is cool to me. From SB to BB, 400 and 600 are about the same. ON that flop, my money is going into the pot. Every time. I'm just thinking of how i can get the best chance of being called.

So he flopped trips. Whatever. Played it right, cant complain.
