I know that bonuses are deducted from the rake your affiliate gets credit for, but does this reset on a monthly basis, or is it aggregate?
For example, if I clear $400 in party bonuses in January do I need to pay all of that back in rake before my affiliate gets any revenue for my account, or does it start over at zero in February? Thanks, and sorry to make another rakeback post. I couldn't find anything with the search.
