Second time this has happened in a year.
USB mouse. It starts to get finicky losing connection, but i can get it back by pulling it out and putting it back in. Then it eventually just stops working at all. Now when i put it in, it says unrecongnizable hardware in usb port x.
Went out and bought another one.
After about 3 months, exact same thing happens with me having to pull it out and reinsert it every now and then to get it to work. Now it doesnt work at all. Sometimes when i plug it in the mouse shows its getting power from the port because it glows red, but that goes away after about 5 seconds. Even thought it shows red, it does not work on the screen.
Any ideas why its losing connection and how i can fix it?
Are mice warranties generally void if i dont register it when i buy it?
Is there a good mouse forum?
