I'm never sure in a situation like this if I should keep firing? Any ideas? New to NL so trying to get a feel for it still.

Your flop bet is far too small. If you had a king, would you really bet $1.5 here? Given that your flop bet was too small, you should probably lead it up on the turn with another larger bet. Based on the action I believe you have the best hand and he's drawing to something, so a turn bet is certainly in order, as it may also get him to fold a ten.

I'd personally pot it on the flop and check behind on the turn. I also prefer to either limp preflop or make it 4xBB as opposed to 3.
